East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is a non-profit community development organization whose mission is to build healthy, vibrant, and safe neighborhoods in Oakland and the East Bay. The site design tells the story of the community’s neighborhoods, as well as provide access for the user to find and apply for housing.
